Our Returns Policy
We accept returns for exchange or refund within 15 days of receiving the order.
We simply ask that the following conditions be met:
- Items must be in their original packaging, with tags
- Items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any other way
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds will be issued for the merchandise, excluding original shipping costs.
Return cost
Return shipping costs are at your expense; we do not cover or refund them.

Which delivery method should I choose?
You are responsible for choosing your own carrier. Please ensure that the package is delivered directly to our premises and not to a relay point, otherwise your return unfortunately cannot be processed.
We advise you to keep proof of postage provided by your carrier. Without this, no refund can be issued if the package is lost.
How long will it take for me to get reimbursed?
Upon receipt of the merchandise at our premises and after confirmation of the condition of the product(s), we will proceed with the refund of the invoiced amount to the account used to pay for the order within 15 days.
What should I do if the item I received is defective?
We hope this never happens and we are working to prevent it, but if you do receive a swimsuit with a manufacturing defect or that is damaged, we will cover the full cost of returning it.
